Hip Hop’s new mysterious character UZ releases a new music video for his infectious track “I Got This” featuring Trae The Truth, Problem and Trinidad James.  No word yet if UZ is actually an artist, a producer or perhaps a DJ but nonetheless he fails to make an appearance in his latest offering.  Filmed during the week of SXSW, the visual showcases Trae, Problem and James out and about on the streets with friends and fans as they turn the energy up and get things live in the middle of the street.  ”I Got This” is featured on the new Balltrap Muzic Vol. 1. 

VIDEO: Ab-Soul Interview w/ Mass Appeal | Off Tha’ Wall

Ab-Soul is the latest guest on Off Tha’ Wall. We caught up with him moments after he finished performing at our Mass Appeal SXSW showcase in Texas. Ab-Soul brought his distinct brand of humor to the mix. A big fan of Michael Jackson, Ab speaks on the time James Brown, Prince and MJ battled dance moves. He also shares the quote he lives by, his favorite munchies, and working at the mall selling cell phones.

VIDEO: Cinematic TV – Pro Era & Jonnie Shipes at SXSW

Jonnie Shipes and Pro Era were recently out at SXSW in Austin, Texas and it looks like they ran into a little situation when Jonnie found himself thrown out of his La Quinta room for smoking.  However, watch as Jonnie sneaks back in and hides out before making a master plan to hot box the shit out of their van.  Good talk…ya pricks.

VIDEO: Talib Kweli Talks Hottest MC List, New Album, J Dilla, + More

Talib Kweli talks to Hard Knock Tv’s Nick Huff Barili after his performance at the Samsung Galaxy Sound Stage during the SXSW 2013 festival. The interview starts off with Kweli reminiscing about how he was inspired by Doug E Fresh growing up. As topics switch, Kweli talks about why he chose to name his up coming album Prisoner of Conscious and shares what we can expect from it. Talib goes on to share his opinion on MTV’s Hottest MC In The Game list, saying that its a popularity contest and that if the list was Best MC in the Game then his name should be on there. Before we let him go, the BK MC shares a J Dilla memory, whom he shouted out during his performance.
