Kanye West turned the energy up at Staples Center for a performance of his hit song “Runaway” and decided to follow it up with one of his signature rants to audience members. Yeezy addressed the media and questioned the crowd-goers if they liked to hear him “talk his shit.” Kanye went on to clarify that he’s not Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan and Richard Pryor and demanded that no one recognize or dismiss him as just another celebrity.
Drake’s “Would You Like A Tour?” arrived at Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center and Drizzy decided to take the opportunity to preview a new song titled “Trophies.” Produced by the Inland Empire’s Hit-Boy, Drake can be heard in the footage captured from the event spitting plenty of braggadocios rhymes over a horn driven instrumental. Chicago native Lil’ Durk delivers his new music video for “Traumatized” which is featured on the young rapper’s Signed To The Streets mixtape. Durk appropriately takes to the block with his boys to shoot the visual for the street inspired song which showcases the rapper lacing the track with rhymes about the harsh realities he’s surrounded by.
SKEE LIVE episode 13 kicked off with rapper Skeme performing “All That” and singer TeeFLii with “This D.” Needless to say, fans in attendance were excited to see the West Coast bred artists as they took the stage and turned the energy up at L.A. Live’s Conga Room.

Music’s Big Sean made his way into the AXS TV studio to grab a seat on DJ Skee’s couch and discuss what he’s been up to, his thoughts on life, the city of Detroit and so much more. Still, Big Sean shared that he is currently giving back to the city in its time of need wherever he can. The rapper also spoke on his partnership with shoe brand Adidas and revealed he has an all new design coming soon which will serve as his third model. Before saying his goodbyes, Big Sean weighed in on Nipsey Hussle’s groundbreaking $100 price tag for his recent Crenshaw mixtape and participated in a round of on-the-spot Twitter questions from fans.
Kanye West set off Staples Center in Los Angeles as the G.O.O.D. Music head honcho treated the city to a second show for his current Yeezus tour. Decked out in a flashy Maison Martin Margiela designed mask and couture, Yeezus turned the energy up with his undeniable stage presence as he delivered an emotional performance for “Black Skinhead” and “I Am A God.” At one point during his set, Kanye was also joined on stage by a number of stage extras who surrounded the rapper and lifted him into the sky.

Nipsey opens up about his fallout and eventual reconciliation with long-time friend and producer Ralo and the impact it’s had on his music since. Hussle also reveals that he doesn’t have a favorite track off Crenshaw but explains that “Crenshaw and Slauson (True Story)” is probably his most honest song as it contains most of his story.

New Orleans bred rapper Turk is back on the Hip Hop scene with a new music video for his single “It’s Hot.” The new visual finds the rapper out and about in his city with a few lovely ladies as he shows some love to the block.
