Drake’s “Would You Like A Tour?” arrived at Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center and Drizzy decided to take the opportunity to preview a new song titled “Trophies.”  Produced by the Inland Empire’s Hit-Boy, Drake can be heard in the footage captured from the event spitting plenty of braggadocios rhymes over a horn driven instrumental.  Take a look at the short clip courtesy of Miss Info.

VIDEO: Kanye West – “New Slaves” Premiere In NYC At Prada Fifth Ave.

After 2 no shows. One on 27th & 6th & another a F.I.T. andddddd missing the premiere at Columbus Circle. I met 2 cool dudes waiting at FIT & decided to split the cab fare 3 Ways & made it JUST in time for the last showing. We watched the premiere & was advised to wait 15 minutes for the truck come around. “It would be worth wait we were told” While speculating I asked some folks what they thought was going to happen. The truck pulls around for another encore & we’re expecting Kanye to perform…. The video plays….. It Finishes. And nothing happens…. Kanye was on the corner of 5th Ave…. Watching us as we’re watching him on the wall & gracefully disappears into the city in his Maybach…..

VIDEO: Kid CuDi Raps New Verse At SXSW

Looks like Cudder is out there in Austin as well putting it down and making folks remember that he can still spit when he wants to.  This all took place at MySpace’s secret event from last night at SXSW.  Cudder’s upcoming album Indicud will have 18 tracks and also contain features from the likes of A$AP Rocky, Too Short, Kendrick Lamar and believe it or not Michael Bolton.

“Ok, so heres what I did. I took one of my favorite bands MGMT’s song “Congratulations”, put it in reverse, sped it up, and produced over it.  Thank You so much to MGMT for clearing the sample. LOVE YOU GUYS!!”

Cudi’s upcoming album Indicud set to drop on April 23 and will include features from the likes of Kanye West, Pusha T, and Kendrick Lamar plus more.  This will be Cudi’s official follow up to 2010’s Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager.  Check out the new track below via the sound cloud stream.  

VIDEO: Consequence – Black Actors (Cameo from Caiden)

Cons comes through and drops off a new video with Band Camp Records for “Black Actors” which will be available on Movies On Demand 4.  This is a different song with a positive message and features a nice family cameo from his son Caiden who is featured on VH1’s show Love & Hip Hop.  Directed by Brian Petchers and Cons.

In honor of Black History, Consequence and his son Caiden channel surf through some the classic moments that Black Actors have contributed to Film and Television. One of the best ways to teach your child who they are is to show them the greatness they emerge from.
