Drake takes his act to the small-screen and debuts his latest track “Too Much” off his forthcoming Nothing Was The Same LP. Backed by a live band and vocalist, Drake decided to dedicate the slow jam to his friends and family and stated he wanted the best for everybody. The YMCMB artist’s new album is now officially available for pre-order and with every purchase includes a free download of “Wu-Tang Forever.” Not exactly an ode to the clan, Drake instead decides to spit some bars about the hustles of the game over a mellow beat laced with catchy keys. The latest offering from the YMCMB artist will come with 13 songs and also include a feature from JAY Z. The album is due to hit shelves on September 24. The special evening served as the MC’s release concert and was jam packed full of surprises with guest performance from Drake and Nicki Minaj. Designed by Kadir Nelson, the album appears to feature two different covers with one boasting Drake as a baby or toddler, while the other showcases Drizzy as an adult.
The new images also cleared up any confusion on the LP’s release date as it confirmed for fans Nothing Was The Same will be hitting shelves on September 24.

The slow song finds each artist contemplating over their love interests and living luxurious while constantly surrounded by beautiful women. “Million Dollar” is featured on the Rich Gang album which is now available if you’re in to that sort of thing.
TMZ catches up with rapper Ransom and gets his side of the story on the current scandal he finds himself in with Nicki Minaj. After dropping some eyebrow raising bars, Ransom addresses his lyrics and says fans misinterpreted him. Ransom goes on to clarify exactly what he meant and tells TMZ he believes the situation was instigated by paparazzi. The New Jersey native admits he doesn’t hate Nicki but believes she clearly overreacted and doesn’t care for an apology Guess we’ll all have to wait and see how this one turns out.
