YG turns it up before the year closes out and delivers a bangin’ new single titled, “Who Do You Love,” courtesy of DJ Skee. The Compton native recruits DJ Mustard for the production and seasoned vets Drake and The Game as features. Mustard delivers his signature sound and gives listeners lots of bass and heavy synths for a ratchet street anthem. “Who Do You Love” will be featured on YG’s upcoming album My Krazy Life which is set to drop on March 18.
Over the weekend Compton bred rapper The Game was handed his first Cash Money chain by YMCMB artist Tyga in front of a sold out crowd at Irvine’s Verizon Wireless Amphitheater for the “How The West Was Won” concert. After previously revealing he was a free agent on Larry King, Game continued to voice his past frustrations with Interscope Records and hinted during an interview with XXL and on AXS TV’s SKEE LIVE that he was considering signing with Cash Money. The California native eventually took to his Twitter account the same day he was chained and confirmed to everyone that the news was legit.
Watch as Compton native The Game took over episode eleven of AXS TV’s breakout show SKEE LIVE and performed his classic song “Westside Story” which is featured on his multi-platinum selling debut LP, The Documentary. With plenty of weed smoke in the air and the SKEETOX band ready to turn the energy up, Game showcased his lyrical skills by following “Westside Story” up with a short impromptu freestyle from off the top of his head.
The Game returns to reality TV with the second season of VH1’s Marrying The Game. The L.A. Leakers deliver some new Game with the Compton rapper hopping on Drake’s “Versace” for an official remix which may or may not make the cut onto his upcoming Operating Kill Everything mixtape. You are forewarned, the track was just released so it’s comes with L.A. Leakers tags primarily over the former G-Unit rapper’s verse.
It’s all about fancy light work and luxury vehicles in Game’s new video for “Ali Bomaye” off his Jesus Piece album. In this clip 40 attempts to justify why he currently has a pending lawsuit against Game for $4.5 million and gives his side of how things went down.
