Here’s a new music video from Talib Kweli for “Hamster Wheel” which is featured on the rapper’s latest album Prisoner of Conscious.  The Slick & Sam directed visual finds the rapper out on the block in Brooklyn as he kicks rhymes about one woman’s struggle to make ends meet.  Watch as things play out in front of Kweli’s eyes as the woman’s luck runs out and finally has a run-in with authorities over some illegal activity.

Odd Future front man Tyler, The Creator made a recent appearance on The Arsenio Hall Show for an exclusive interview.  The Los Angeles based artist explained to viewers why he chooses not to drink or smoke, encouraged kids to follow their dreams rather than what their parents want and shared his disappointment with the YouTube Music Awards.  Getting real comfortable as he kicked up his feet on stage, Tyler also addressed his passion for directing and took a moment to get a little serious as he spoke on the power that society tends to give certain words.
