Kanye West decided today to pick up the phone today and hit up The Angie Martinez Show in New York and speak with DJ Enuff about MTV’s current Hottest Mc’s list. In even more shocking news, Kanye went on to claim that he believes Lil Wayne is the best rapper in the world. Ye went on to talk about a number of topics and why his latest efforts deserve more recognition.
