The rapper also gets into details with the morning crew about his distinctive delivery and voice. Later in the interview the UGK emcee takes a moment to drop a few bars off-the-top for listeners tuning in.
Bun B is back with a new music video for “Triller” featuring Kirko Bangz. The Michael Artis directed visual finds the Houston rapper hitting the streets to make some moves and stack up some dough. Take a look as the camera follows the Southern boss around on a busy day and as he reconvines with Bangz to do a little stunting in front of some luxury whips and pyrotechnics. The H-Town legend’s latest single, “Triller,” is featured on the rapper’s new Trill O.G. The Epilogue LP.
The Trill O.G. is still hard at work as he drops off his latest single, “Cake,” which is featured on the Houston spitter’s new album, The Epilogue. The smooth laid-back track also features a chorus from the late Pimp C, a verse from incarcerated rapper Lil Boosie and Mississippi’s Big K.R.I.T. shows up to close things out. Houston’s Bun B is back with a new upbeat street anthem off his forthcoming Trill OG: The Epilogue with “Eagles.” The down South Hip Hop veteran make sure to remind listeners of who he is, his street credibility and admits he’s fly like an eagle over hard-hitting drums and choppy trap percussion. Trill OG: The Epilogue will be available in stores on November 11.

Watch as the the UGK rapper drops knowledge on the origins of the word “trill” beginning in prison, speaks on the influence of the South and UGK on music and shares how he feels to be so highly respected in the game. Before the conclusion of part one, Bun also tells a story of almost getting into a big brawl with trained fighters because of Pimp C and to make matters worse his mother was in the room.

Coors Light search for the coldest MC’s stopped over in New York and cameras were there to capture the moment as OG’s like Ice Cube and Bun B hit the stage to open for headliner Big Sean. DJ Drama was also in attendance as the legends sat down and gave their personal take on how the contestants are currently making out under the pressure.
