ScHoolboy Q hits the stage for Black Hippy at Rock The Bells 2013 in San Bernardino. The TDE rapper closes out his short set with a performance of his new single “Collard Greens.” Watch as Q turns the energy up at San Manuel Amphitheater.
DJ Yella does the honors of unveiling the anticipated Eazy-E hologram alongside Bone Thugs-N-Harmony at Rock The Bells 2013. Once the smoke cleared and the lights slowly came back on, fans at San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino were treated to a special live performance of “Straight Outta Compton,” “Boyz-N-The-Hood” and “For Tha Love Of $” from a Eazy-E hologram. Watch the footage to see how the memorable moment in Hip Hop went down and the realistic features on the hologram which really brought the Compton rapper back if even for one night.
Guerilla Union links up with Kendrick Lamar for a new interview where he talks the early stages of Black Hippy and the philosophy behind the group’s movement. The Compton native also shares his thoughts on the group’s early plan to eventually come back together after establishing their own respective careers. Black Hippy will also be performing at Guerilla Union’s upcoming Rock The Bells 2013 Festival which starts September 7.
This is off their collaborative album The Final Adventure.
