Audio Push members Oktane and Pricetag give insight behind their new album Come As You Are and share their motivation for making it available to fans for completely free. Hit-Boy explains how the long-time affiliates eventually signed with his Hits Since ’87 imprint and details what it was like to win a GRAMMY for his work on JAY Z and Kanye West’s breakout song “Niggas In Paris.” Kendrick Lamar and the current state of West Coast Hip Hop also served as the topic of discussion but not before Hit-Boy reveals he’s currently collaborating with several big name artists and in the early stages of his upcoming album.

The Game discusses with DJ Skee his recent decision to walk away from his long-time music home at Interscope Records.  The Compton native clarifies to viewers that after a conversation with Chris Berner of Interscope failed to produce a resolution that both parties could agree to, he knew it was time to move forward with his career.  In fact, The Game points out that Interscope made the decision not to exercise their fifth option in their contractual agreement with the rapper because of the positive relationship they continue to maintain.  The Rap superstar even cracks a joke with DJ Skee after explaining that everyone has been calling him since he announced he’s a free agent including Jesus and Buddah.

Rap superstar The Game sat down for an exclusive interview with DJ Skee on episode eleven of AXS TV’s SKEE LIVE.  The former G-Unit solider reflects on the impact of his scathing “300 Bars & Runnin” diss track aimed at 50 Cent, meeting DJ Skee and forming a partnership that would produce numerous classic mixtapes.  DJ Skee also clarifies it was “300 Bars & Runnin” that catapulted his career as a DJ while Game takes the opportunity to open up about his past beef with 50 Cent and G-Unit.  Watch as the Compton native explains why he’d still be interested in a potential reunion with 50 Cent and opens up on what it felt like to have Interscope Records and Dr. Dre  turn their backs on him.  SKEE LIVE airs every Tuesday at 7 p.m. (PST) and 10 p.m. (EST) only on AXS TV.
