Jay-Z apparently took to Twitter today and proceeded to engage his fans with a Q&A session for a few hours. After one fan decided to ask Hov about the existence of a full version for “Dead Presidents 3”, Jigga Man decided to give the green light to Just Blaze and Young Guru to release the original track. Though the song isn’t by any means new and first made an appearance back in 2007, the first version the public is familiar with only contained one verse but now it looks like the “lost” second verse was eventually used on “Moment Of Clarity”.
