SKEE Live’s latest guests featured California natives Dom Kennedy, Nipsey Hussle and Paris Hilton.  During a candid interview on live television with host DJ Skee, the artists collectively discussed the evolution of West Coast Hip Hop and shared their opinion on how they feel about the new era of talent that is currently in place and leading the way.

Derrick Rose and ADIDAS drops a new promo commercial starring plenty of star power from the likes of 2 Chainz, Common, Dom Kennedy, Big Sean and jeweler Ben Baller.  The concept of the visual suggests the idea that if Rose had everything striped away from him he would still have everything because his true love lies in the game of basketball.  Narrated by Rose, watch as the NBA star takes in the view from his mansion, parties the night away and purchases some bling-bling before hitting the gym to work on his game.

NEWS: Dom Kennedy – Get Home Safely | Album Tracklist

Fans can rejoice as Dom Kennedy’s latest offering with Get Home Safely is set to be released on October 15.  As the release date approaches in just a few weeks, the Leimert Park native decided to released the official tracklist to his new album via Instagram for his fans to check out.  Listeners can expect to hear 16 new songs with a few features from artists Skeme, Krondon, Teeflii and Nipsey Hussle.  An added bonus track includes also includes a feature from Taylor Gang signee Ty Dolla $ign.

Dom Kennedy finally delivers a new music video with “South Central Love” which will be featured on his upcoming Get Home Safely.  Kennedy puts a little more thought behind his visual offering and approaches things from a more cinematic perspective.  The video follows Dom and company throughout their day in Los Angeles while Kennedy purses his love interest.  Get Home Safely drops on October 1.

Leimert Park native Dom Kennedy finally liberates some new music for the fans with “Erica Pt. 1”.  Remaining relatively lowkey and under-the-radar as of late, the west coast MC drops some player like flows over some light keys and bouncy bass about a “cute, brown skin” named Erica from Midtown, Manhattan.  No word if this will show up on Kennedy’s forthcoming project, Get Home Safety, but lets just cross our fingers and hope we at least get the sequel to this soon.
