Talib Kweli releases a new track titled “The Wormhole” which will be featured on the rapper’s forthcoming Gravitas LP.  The topic of discussion for the track revolves around the illuminati, the internet, celebrities and conspiracies as Kweli breaks down how people get sucked into a pointless wormhole of useless information.  The rapper uses his savvy wordplay to kick some knowledge and points out that very little facts for any arguments that surface are ever reached.  Gravitas will be available directly through Talib’s website and is now available for pre-order.

AUDIO: Isaiah Rashad – Ronnie Drake Feat. SZA

TDE’s newest signees Isaiah Rashad and SZA combine forces for a new collaborative song titled “Ronnie Drake.”  Equipped with a laid back instrumental courtesy of producer Antyedote, Rashad decides to reflect on the hardships that surrounded him out on the block in Chattanooga.  Songstress SZA takes the wheel on the song’s chorus and adds her smooth vocals to the mix.  No telling exactly what project this will land on but for now take a listen.

MMG’s Rockie Fresh is gearing up to hit the road on his joint North American tour with TNGHT producer, Lunice.  However, before things kick off next week for the young rapper he decides to bless fans with a new song titled “Headquarters Freestyle.”  The random collaboration between the two finds Rockie dropping braggadocios bars over a hard-hitting and bouncy instrumental courtesy of Lunice.  Check out the new song and take a look at Fresh’s upcoming tour dates which begins November 5 in Boston.

Former Jet Life artist Trademark Da Skydiver is back with a new single titled “1,000 Pounds” featuring New York’s Bodega Bamz.  Backed by a mellow instrumental courtesy of producer Ti’Khari, Trade reassures listeners he stays on his grind and puts it down for the east side of New Orleans.  Mingo also has a few choice words for the naysayers and non-believers along the way.  Take a listen to Trademark’s latest offering with “1,000 Pounds” which is set to be featured on the down rapper’s Flamingo Barnes 2: Mingo Royale album dropping on November 19.

Detroit native Eminem combine forces with Compton native Kendrick Lamar for “Love Game,” one of the many standout tracks featured on Slim Shady’s upcoming eighth studio album The Marshall Mathers LP 2.  Take a listen as Lamar and Em’ keep things strictly lyrical and serve up their explicit take on love and relationships.  Back in June a photo of Kendrick Lamar and Eminem working together in the studio surfaced and subsequently resulted in the excitement of fans everywhere who patiently waited to see what would come about.  There’s no telling if “Love Game” is the only song or one of many that came about during that particular session but if this was the creative direction they were going in, I think it’s safe to say that listeners would love to hear more from these two powerhouse emcees.  The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is due out on November 5.
