Citigroup recently launched its CitiBike system which offers commuters in New York a convenient way to get around the city by way of renting a bicycle. Not one to deal with the paperwork and the credit card hold associated with the rental, Sean Price convinces a CitiBike customer to let him try his bike and ends up taking off with it to Brownsville.
