Drake took to his twitter to finally unveil the official track list to his upcoming album Nothing Was The Same.  The latest offering from the YMCMB artist will come with 13 songs and also include a feature from JAY Z.  The album is due to hit shelves on September 24.  Provided above is the track list for the standard copy and below is what fans can look forward to on the deluxe version which sports an additional two tracks.
