Young Guru sits down with Chedo on The Come Up Show and discusses the importance of piracy in Hip Hop and how it has allowed the opportunity for upcoming artists to establish their careers. Guru points out how piracy has helped the genre grow in a new digital era and also speaks on the reality of its effects on the art of the album. Chedo also talks with Young Guru about Mac Miller’s past courtroom troubles over his remix to Lord Finesse’s 1995 “Hip 2 Da Game” instrumental. Young Guru also says he hopes Jay-Z never retires and speaks on transition of his career as Hov approaches his mid 40’s this year.
