New Orleans group 0017th which consists of artists like Nesby Phips, Reem, Hollygrove Mikey, Jay Jones and Izzo, release a new song titled  “Car Time.”  The track features Nesby and company going in over JAY Z’s “Picasso Baby” instrumental and gives listeners a taste of what they can expect to hear on their upcoming Wrappin‘ mixtape which is due out on October 18.
