Vanity Fair showcases the cover to their upcoming November 2013 issue with none other than JAY Z.  Jigga man poses for the camera with a slight smirk on his face and decked out in an all-white tuxedo and black bow tie.  However, this isn’t the first time Hov has laced the cover of the magazine.  Back in 2007 Shawn Carter and actor George Clooney were featured on the cover for their humanitarian work in Africa.  CLICK HERE to read more.
